Marketing - A potential dealer must conduct a thorough market study and prepare a comprehensive business plan. The business plan must include a competitive analysis and how to best position the Eurospeed brand, as well as financial projections for three years.
Financial - A potential dealer must exhibit the financial wherewithal to undertake the distribution of the Eurospeed products and sustain its operations for three years.
Facilities - Our target dealer will be an existing auto dealer who has the showroom facilities to exhibit the Eurospeed products and the service and parts facilities to service the products after the sale.
